Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using R2P ("Service"), operated by Rhizomatic Artificial Intelligence Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all access and use of the Service.

2. Use of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Our Service connects to third-party endpoints including WordPress and social network sites (Meta, LinkedIn). You are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions on those accounts and for ensuring that content you generate or publish through R2P does not violate the terms of service of those third-party platforms.

3. Credit System and Payments

• Plan credits are granted on a monthly billing cycle and do not stack or roll over between cycles.
• Purchased credit packs are one-time additions that remain on your balance permanently and do not expire if you cancel your subscription.
• Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our merchant of record.
• Subscription fees and credit-pack purchases are non-refundable, except for the limited money-back window on unused plan credits described in our Refund Policy (14 days for monthly plans, 30 days for yearly plans).

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use R2P to generate or publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or to circumvent the usage limits of your plan. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company or its operators be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
